Every auction lot is professionally photographed on-site and listed with a full title and description on our online auction platform, where registered bidders compete — driving real market value.

Auction, Pickup & Settlement

Bidders compete online over 7–10 days. Buyers pick up their items at the home during a scheduled window. The family receives a clear settlement statement and a check — typically within two weeks of close.

Integrity Estate Auctions is owned by Ana Vinkemulder, a former schoolteacher from Brazil who moved to Colorado in 2011 with her husband Bruce and their two children — and never looked back. A stage 4 breast cancer survivor, Ana brings a deep appreciation for what truly matters in life, and a genuine compassion for families navigating difficult transitions. Bruce brings decades of experience as an international business executive and entrepreneur, and a lifelong commitment to serving others — one that started when he began volunteering with elderly and needy individuals at age 12. Both Ana and Bruce have spent their lives involved in missions and ministry across multiple countries, and that spirit of service is at the heart of everything they do. Together, they built Integrity Estate Auctions around one simple belief: families deserve someone they can trust when it matters most.
